The cookies come in many different flavors so you have a variety to choose from. The low fat diet is a diet that allows you to eat more carbs but less fat. It's easier to watch your weight with the low fat diet because it's easier to maintain eating less fats and more carbs.
For long term easy weight loss, you may choose to go with a Mediterranean diet. This diet includes a decrease in bad fats, and more of the good kind along side a variety of grains. Combined with a physically active life style the Mediterranean diet offers more of a variety of food to choose from including a variety of meats and vegetables. It's not hard to follow an Easy Diets when it's this tasty.
